When we talk about waterfront property in Florida, most people immediately think of oceanfront. And there’s certainly plenty of that, with 3,341 miles of shoreline along the Atlantic Ocean, and another 5,095 along the Gulf of Mexico. There are 22 miles of beaches in Jacksonville alone, and more shoreline than any other city in the nation. But let’s take a look at the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) today, as there is some relevant news on that front.
