Greenleaf Village at Nocatee is a small community tucked away on the north side of Coastal Ridge Boulevard. A 10-acre green space at the entrance to the community includes ball fields, a picnic area and a dog park. Valley Ridge Academy K-8 school sits at the entrance to the community, so many students are able to walk or ride their bikes to school, or even take a short ride with their parents in their golf cart/electric vehicle.
