Kim Tharp, REALTOR®, is the latest addition to The Sandberg Team at RE/MAX Unlimited in Nocatee. An experienced real estate agent, Kim will work with home buyers in the Nocatee/Ponte Vedra area, and also provide administrative and marketing support to the team overall.

Kim began her real estate career in the early 2000’s in Brown County, Indiana. Prior to that, she held various positions in banking, land development/construction management, title insurance, computer consulting, and fundraising/advancement services for institutions of higher education. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan in her native Ann Arbor, where she was a member of the women’s swim team and Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. She has been married to her husband, Tom, for nearly 40 years, and can often be found gardening, decorating, cooking & traveling.
