New Nocatee Spray Park Opens to Residents on March 9, 2019

4-Story Water Amenity Will Include a Food Court & Bar

The Nocatee community is well-known for its exceptional amenities. The main Splash waterpark has pools, a water slide, zip line, bar and more. Some individual communities have amenities, as well, including pools, dog parks, shaded picnic areas and more.

Starting tomorrow, March 9, residents will have another water amenity to frequent. Spray is Nocatee’s newest water park, focusing on interactive water activities that don’t typically require a large pool. There will also be beach volleyball, a food court and a bar.

Spray will be located between the existing Jr. Olympic pool and the Nocatee community park.

Later this year, Nocatee will open another unique amenity, the Nocatee Landing. Set on the Intracoastal Waterway, the Nocatee Landing will include an open air pavilion and will be an ideal spot to launch kayaks, canoes and other non-motorized watercraft on the Intracoastal.

Kim Tharp Joins The Sandberg Team at RE/MAX Unlimited

Kim Tharp, REALTOR®, is the latest addition to The Sandberg Team at RE/MAX Unlimited in Nocatee. An experienced real estate agent, Kim will work with home buyers in the Nocatee/Ponte Vedra area, and also provide administrative and marketing support to the team overall.

Kim began her real estate career in the early 2000’s in Brown County, Indiana. Prior to that, she held various positions in banking, land development/construction management, title insurance, computer consulting, and fundraising/advancement services for institutions of higher education. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan in her native Ann Arbor, where she was a member of the women’s swim team and Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. She has been married to her husband, Tom, for nearly 40 years, and can often be found gardening, decorating, cooking & traveling.
