When One Del Webb Closes, Another Opens

As you may have heard, Del Webb plans to open another 55+ community in Nocatee this summer, the aptly named Del Webb Nocatee. The opening of this new community coincides with the close out of the existing Del Webb Ponte Vedra community.

In other words, there are only a few opportunities left to purchase new construction/inventory homes in Del Webb Ponte Vedra. Here’s where inventory stands as of May 6, 2019:
