I’ve always been a little puzzled by 55+ communities that don’t include exterior maintenance as part of their services. Granted, it may simply be in pursuit of keeping homeowner’s association fees as low as possible. That said, I think there are benefits to providing those exterior maintenance/lawn care services. For one, associations maintain a uniform and well-manicured look throughout the community.
