We’ve been writing about eTown for awhile now. So, as the community nears completion, we thought it was time for a little update, and a look at what some of the builders in the community have on offer as of now.
What’s New at The Exchange?
eTown’s “main street” is now home to a variety of restaurants and retailers, including Publix, Mr. Chuy, Papa Johns, Great Clips, Gate Gas and more. A brand new fire station has also opened, and The Hub, eTown’s welcome center, will soon be converted to other uses.
Newton at eTown
Newton is a gated townhome community with an its own pool & pavilion. Toll Brothers is the builder, offering 3 floor plans starting in the low $500,000s. Buyers of any of their quick move-in homes may also qualify for a rate buy down to 5.99%.

Edison East
Also built by Toll Brothers, Edison East is a gated community of single-family homes and villa-style townhomes. Villas start in the low $500,000s, and single-family homes start in the high $600,000s. The rate buy down incentive also applies to quick move-in homes in Edison East.
