I wanted to share with you why we love our home here at Del Webb. In addition to all the amenities Del Webb has to offer, it was very important to us to feel we found a neighborhood that was welcoming, caring and fun. Well, we sure found it! I cannot express enough how much we love our neighbors who have become more than just neighbors, they are our friends. This community has lots of wonderful events outside of the Del Webb amenities. A few of our favorite events include Flamingo Fridays on the lawn up the road, Progressive Dinners, Mardi Gras parties, Pavilion gatherings and a Monthly Ladies Breakfast at one of the neighbor's home. I especially love this event as it is how I was introduced to the wonderful ladies here in Hawks Harbor. If someone in our neighborhood is ill or needs support, we are there to lend a helping hand, make a meal or send a card and flowers. In our home, we love the ease of a manageable one story floorplan, our beautiful plantation shutters, and a great eat in kitchen with a large window to look outside and see the incredible preserve view. We drink our morning coffee on the patio and giggle at the squirrels chasing one another and the birds singing. In the afternoon, the butterflies are abundant and in the evening you can watch the sunlight fade into the trees of the preserve.
