Here are the top-level housing numbers for the month of April in Nocatee Town Center neighborhoods – The Enclave, Siena, Lakeside, Addison Park & Daniel Park (not including new construction):
- There were 14 Active listings for sale, including 4 with contingencies
- 3 homes went into Pending status
- 2 homes sold
- Prices ranged from $315,000 to $565,000
- Average Cumulative Days on Market was nearly 58
- Sold homes received an average of 98% of listing price

Steady as She Goes
From a macro level, March numbers look fairly steady, with number of closed sales up just slightly, and inventory remaining tight. On the upside, median sales price is also up.
