Dream Finders Homes reports brisk sales at The Palms at Nocatee in Duval County. While the land for the community is just now being cleared and prepped, Dream Finders has already sold 13 of the approximately 60 lots that will be available for single-family homes. Dreamfinders is offering 50’, 60’ and 70’ lots, with most of the larger lots backing up to water or preserve. Prices start around $230,000.
Town Homes Coming Soon
Dream Finders will also build town homes at The Palms at Nocatee, beginning in March of 2015. The town homes will be located in St. Johns County, with pre-construction pricing starting in the $160,000s.
Dream Finders plans on building 109 units in 20 buildings, with five floor plans to choose from. Plans will be from 1,250 to 1,800 s.f. and offer 2-4 bedrooms, one or two stories and one- or two-car garages.
