By now, most of us know what’s up with Twin Creeks. It sits west of Nocatee, between I-95 and CR-210. There will be about 1,200 single family homes, more than 1,000 multi-family units, hotels and commercial/industrial space. Builders are Drees, Lennar and Pulte. And, there will be a lagoon.

Bridge Bay at Bannon Lakes will join Sweetwater by Del Webb and Del Webb Ponte Vedra in the Pulte portfolio of 55+ communities in northeast Florida. Located in north St. Augustine, across from the Markland community, Bridge Bay will be part of the Bannon Lakes master-planned community. Plans for Bannon Lakes call for 999 residential units, plus retail and office space.

Bridge Bay will be a gated community with both villa-style homes, and single family homes. Prices will start in the low $200s for the villas, and the mid $200s for single family homes. Single family home plans will range from 1,671 s.f to 1,968+ s.f.
