Greenleaf Village & Greenleaf Lakes Offer Great Value in Nocatee
We wrote recently about housing affordability and how much it takes to buy a home in Nocatee, and northern St. Johns County, Florida, in general. The data show that about $300,000 is the minimum for a single-family, detached home (some condos and town homes may be a bit more affordable).
With that in mind, we wanted to take a look at what you can get right now in Nocatee for $300,000 or below. After a quick search, it became clear that the Greenleaf Village and Greenleaf Lakes neighborhoods offer the greatest value in Nocatee right now.

Keep in mind, however, that builders often don’t put all of their inventory into the Northeast Florida MLS system, so their may be some new construction opportunities at $300,000 or under.
