The Latest Nocatee News – Autumn, 2017
Lots of news, as always, coming out of Nocatee this fall. Here’s a quick roundup to keep you up to date.
Crosswater Communities
Nocatee announced three new communities—Liberty Cove at Crosswater, Freedom Landing at Crosswater and Heritage Trace at Crosswater—all south of Coastal Oaks and Del Webb Ponte Vedra on Crosswater Parkway. The neighborhoods will have an old town Americana feel, and homes will start in the high-$200s, low-$300s. Builders include David Weekley, ICI, Providence, Riverside and CalAtlantic, and all builders indicate they have brand new floor plans available. Pre-sales are starting now, with a grand opening scheduled for the end of January.
New Tidewater Condos
Tidewater was one of Nocatee’s first communities, offering condominium units in a gated complex with its own amenities. Just recently, Pulte announced it will be building brand new condominiums in the Tidewater community. Unlike the existing condos, however, these will be townhouse-style, 3-story condos with 2-car garages. Prices will start in the low-$300s.
Daniel Park
Located at the Nocatee Town Center, Daniel Park is already approximately 20% sold out of its inventory of 106 homes. Builder David Weekley is targeting a grand opening closer to November.
Town Center Retail Updates
Treylor Park, a Savannah, GA, based restaurant, will occupy space just south of Publix, next to the new RE/MAX Unlimited offices. Offering southern-style bar bites with craft cocktails and beers, Treylor Park is targeting the spring of 2018 for an opening date.
Bicycles, Etc. is now open, as are Artsy Abode, Gwen Berlin, Orange Theory Fitness and Ponte Vedra Golf Carts.
