Providence Homes Now Selling in Kettering Neighborhood in Jacksonville’s eTown

eTown has been underway for a minute now, but Providence Homes has just announced it will begin selling Zero Energy Ready Homes ™ in eTown’s Kettering neighborhood. According to Providence, their floor plans in Kettering will be “so energy efficient that all or most annual energy consumption can be offset with renewable energy”.

Qualifying as a Zero Energy Ready Home ™ requires a builder to meet the guidelines put forth by the Department of Energy, and have the homes independently verified and field-tested in accordance with HERS standards.

Currently, Providence will build 12 different floor plans on 40′ or 50′ home sites. Pricing starts in the low-$300,000s.

New Publix Coming to Twin Creeks/Beachwalk in St. Augustine

UPDATE: New Publix slated to open in 2021.

Residents of Beachwalk, Twin Creeks and Beacon Lake will soon have a Publix to call their own. Located on the south side of CR-210, between US-1 and I-95 at Beacon Lake Parkway, Publix will be building another store. More details for the Shops at Twin Creeks location as they become available…

SilverLeaf Gets Off the Ground in St. Johns County, FL

New community will be one of the largest in northeast Florida.

SilverLeaf in St. Johns County, Florida

Officially opening in early 2020, the SilverLeaf community will have more than 10,000 homes when completed. The community sits just west of I-95, bordered by CR-210 to the north, and SR-16 to the south.

A few facts of note:

  • There will be no CDD fees in SilverLeaf
  • 3,500 of 8,500 acres will be reserved for preservation
  • Amenities will include community pools, parks, sports courts and nature trails
  • There will be several different neighborhoods in SilverLeaf, with a wide range of home prices & styles to meet the needs of home buyers

Watersong, New 55+ Community, Opens at RiverTown in St. Johns, FL

Mattamy Homes Launches Its First Ever Age Restricted Community

The first phase of Mattamy Homes’ 55+ Watersong community is now open for sales. The initial offering includes approximately 131 homesites, more than 50 of which have lot premiums.

Floor plans include two villa-style homes, and six detached single-family homes, all one story. Villas range from 1,431 s.f. to 1,515 s.f., both with two bedrooms, two baths and 2-car garage. Pricing starts at approximately $250,000 for the villa plans.

Detached single-family homes range from 1,563 s.f. to 2,554 s.f., and pricing starts at approximately $280,000, up to approximately $376,000. Most plans have two bedrooms and two baths, while the largest plan has three bedrooms, three baths and a 2.5-car garage, as opposed to a 2-car garage.

Del Webb eTown is officially open for business. With approximately 183 home sites, and 14 new floor plans to choose from, the community should prove popular with home buyers who want a newer home, close to shopping and entertainment, along with the renowned Del Webb lifestyle.

Floor plans range from 1,343 s.f. to 2,859 s.f., with pricing from approximately $270,000 to nearly $500,000. 

Of course, Del Webb eTown will have its own 8.000 s.f. clubhouse and amenity center, including pool/spa, fitness center, pickle ball and tennis courts, event lawn, fire pits and more.
