Toll Brothers Building Out 55+ Regency at EverRange

Site plan for 55+ Regency at EverRange by Toll Brothers in Jacksonville, Florida

Luxury home builder Toll Brothers reports interest is high for its new 55+ community, Regency at EverRange. Models are nearing completion, and home sales should begin soon.

Toll Brothers will offer six single-story floor plans, ranging from 1,980 to 2,896 square feet:

Pulte to Build Del Webb St. Johns within The Landings at St. Johns

New communities are located south of Greenbriar Rd. & west of Longleaf Pine Pkwy.

Work is underway at The Landing at St. Johns, a master-planned community that will also contain the new Del Webb at St. Johns. Pulte will build all 1,349 homes planned for the communities, as well as the associated amenities.

Crosswinds at Nocatee Now Selling

We’ve been writing about eTown for awhile now. So, as the community nears completion, we thought it was time for a little update, and a look at what some of the builders in the community have on offer as of now.

What’s New at The Exchange?

eTown’s “main street” is now home to a variety of restaurants and retailers, including Publix, Mr. Chuy, Papa Johns, Great Clips, Gate Gas and more. A brand new fire station has also opened, and The Hub, eTown’s welcome center, will soon be converted to other uses.

Newton at eTown
