Jacksonville compares quite favorably to the top 75 U.S. cities for cost of living.
While Jacksonville is growing quickly, it’s still quite affordable when you look at cost of living. A recent study by Move.org ranked Jacksonville among the least expensive cities in the nation for cost of living. Your mileage may vary, of course, when you factor in your own actual expenses (mortgage, etc.), but it’s good to know that many of the basics are quite affordable here in northeast Florida.
