Of course, you can.
Not every homebuyer is searching for a single-family home. For some, the flexibility and ease of maintenance that come with a condominium or townhome (or villa) fit their lifestyle just perfectly. Whether it’s a “lock and leave” second home, or a full-time residence, condos/townhomes can be a great choice for many homebuyers.
Fortunately, Nocatee offers several options for buyers who are looking something other than a single-family home.
Tidewater at Nocatee
Tidewater was Nocatee’s first condominium community, with a 4-story apartment-style complex and community pool available only to residents. The community is in the process of adding another 64 units, but these will be carriage home units with 3 stories and 2-car garages.
Del Webb Ponte Vedra
Similar to Tidewater, Del Webb built an apartment-style condominium complex first and has since added carriage home town houses with garages to the mix. These condos & carriage homes can be a great option for those who want a low-maintenance lifestyle in a 55+ community.
The Palms at Nocatee
The Palms straddles both Duval and St. Johns Counties in Nocatee. Single-family homes are located Duval, but townhomes are available in St. Johns County. Both single-family homes and townhomes were built by Dream Finders Homes.
Dream Finders Homes also built approximately 100 townhomes in Nocatee’s Willowcove neighborhood. There currently aren’t any units for sale, but you can keep checking back on our Willowcove community page to see if any pop up on the market.
