Of course, you can.
Not every homebuyer is searching for a single-family home. For some, the flexibility and ease of maintenance that come with a condominium or townhome (or villa) fit their lifestyle just perfectly. Whether it’s a “lock and leave” second home, or a full-time residence, condos/townhomes can be a great choice for many homebuyers.
Fortunately, Nocatee offers several options for buyers who are looking something other than a single-family home.
Tidewater at Nocatee
Tidewater was Nocatee’s first condominium community, with a 4-story apartment-style complex and community pool available only to residents. The community is in the process of adding another 64 units, but these will be carriage home units with 3 stories and 2-car garages.
