According to data compiled by Zillow, the answer is yes. Details in the report indicate homes located within a quarter mile of Starbucks coffee shops appreciated more quickly than homes that require a longer commute for coffee.
That’s good news for anyone interested in buying a home in Nocatee’s Town Center neighborhoods. And right now, David Weekley has several quick delivery homes available in Addison Park, which is just a quick walk, bike ride or golf cart trip to Starbucks.

Of course, I’ve always been a bit skeptical of Zillow’s data. So I’d take all this with a grain of salt. Then again, if you just want to be in a vibrant area close to shopping, dining, and, of course, Starbucks, one of these homes may be a fit for you.
