It’s time for another edition of What You Get in Northeast Florida, this time taking a look homes priced at ~$3.2 million. As always, we’re taking our cues from a recent New York Times article that spotlights homes at the same price point, this time in New York, Georgia and Utah.
As an aside, these posts can provide some additional insight into the local real estate market, as our last post in this category, What You Get for $950,000, shows a decline in asking prices across the board.
This week, our $3.2 million price point shows us a great cross-section of the area with an oceanfront home in the Vilano Beach section of St. Augustine, an exclusive Marsh Landing estate in Ponte Vedra Beach, including a 40-foot boat slip in a protected yacht basin, and an inland compound on 10 acres in Hilliard:
