A glimpse of Nocatee real estate sales stats at the end of 2018
As 2018 comes to a close, we thought we’d take a high-level look at what’s been happening in Nocatee, with regard to home sales. First, a brief disclaimer: these numbers will never be 100% accurate, as builders don’t always enter all sales into our MLS, and there may be some random data entry errors that we just can’t account for and identify. That said, it’s a pretty good snapshot of one of the area’s most popular communities.
For this exercise, we took a look at a few key metrics to give us an idea of what’s happing in Nocatee. We looked at total number of homes sold, lowest sale price, highest sale price and average number of days on market. We then dug into a few specific neighborhoods within Nocatee to get a more granular look.
For Nocatee as a whole, however, we saw a total of 761 home sales. This includes condos, town homes and single-family homes, as well as some new construction (remember, builders don’t necessarily report all sales) and existing home sales. The lowest sale price was $182,500, and the highest was $1,125,000. Average number of days on market was 69 days.
