A Seasoned Professional with a Wealth of New Construction Knowledge & Experience Joins The Sandberg Team
Susan Pollan, a 25-year veteran of the real estate industry, has joined The Sandberg Team at RE/MAX Unlimited as Buyer Specialist. Working from RE/MAX Unlimited’s Nocatee office, Susan will assist customers will all aspects of the home buying process, whether they are purchasing new construction, or an existing home.
Susan began her career with a home builder in her native southern California, relocating to Jacksonville in 1998. After earning her Florida real estate license in 2001, she spent nearly 5 years in general real estate working with buyers and sellers, including relocation buyers.
Her success caught the attention of an area home builder, and she was recruited to join their on-site sales team. For the next 10 years, Susan helped buyers navigate the process of building a home with such respected builders as Mattamy Homes, Pulte, Lennar, Landon Homes and custom builder Cottage Homes.
Susan is excited to join The Sandberg Team at RE/MAX Unlimited as a Buyer Specialist. Her extensive knowledge and expertise will be invaluable to home buyers, whether building a new home, or purchasing an existing home. Susan strives to provide her customers with exceptional care and counsel, while making the process fun and worry-free at the same time. She is a recipient of the AVID Award for Customer Service, given to home builder sales associates who rank among the top 5% nationally for customer satisfaction in sales.
