There’s been quite a bit of news coming out of Nocatee the past couple of weeks. In case you missed any of it, here’s a summary:
New Nocatee Communities at Twenty Mile
Nocatee announced the addition of 3 new high-end communities in the Twenty Mile community of Nocatee:
The Hammock at Twenty Mile – Homes built by Glenn Layton Homes, the builder behind 2013’s HGTV smart home, on just 9 homesites, starting in the mid-$900s
The Vista at Twenty Mile – A gated community of 44 homesites, homes will be built by The Pineapple Corporation and start in the high-$800s
The Ranch at Twenty Mile – 52 homes from David Weekley and Dostie Homes, most with preserve or water views, starting in the mid-$500s
News from Nocatee Town Center
Starbucks is coming to the Nocatee Town Center, with plans to open in early 2017. The store will sit next to Wendy’s, on the north side.
Tijuana Flats will also open in early 2017, right next to the Starbucks, and across the street from the Daily’s.
Chase Bank, already under construction, will sit on south side of Wendy’s, on the corner.
