Nocatee Launches Twenty Mile Communities

20 Mile Road in Ponte Vedra is the location of two new exclusive Nocatee communities. The Island at Twenty Mile will be a gated community of just 43 home sites, each one backing up to either water or preserve. These will be some of the largest homes in Nocatee to date. The Pointe at Twenty Mile will be designed to have a rustic, “Old Florida” feel, with all estate-sized lots with preserve views.

Builders at both Twenty Mile communities are David Weekley Homes, ICI and Standard Pacific. Pricing at The Pointe at Twenty Mile is expected to start in the high $400,000’s.
