EverRange is the latest development from the PARC Group, developer of Nocatee and eTown.

The Breakdown:
- EverRange is being built on 1,000 acres, bordered by US-1 and Nocatee Parkway to the south, and eTown to the north
- ~1,500 new homes are planned
- Six distinct neighborhoods will be built, including a 55+ community

The Ridge
Dream Finders Homes will build 90 energy-efficient townhomes in 16 buildings. There will be four floor plans to choose from, ranging from 2,178 s.f. to 2,478 s.f.
Regency
Toll Brothers’ exclusive 55+ community will offer luxury low-maintenance living in single-family homes ranging from 1,980 s.f. to 2,896 s.f. All floor plans will be single story homes, and the community will be gated with its own private amenities. Pricing begins in the low $500s.
Mariposa
Home sales have already begun in Mariposa, a community of single-family homes from David Weekley, ICI, Providence, Riverside, Toll Brothers & Dostie Homes. Providence is now selling 14 different floor plans ranging from 1,593 s.f. to 3,400 s.f., with pricing starting in the mid $400s.
Monterra
MasterCraft Builder Group will bring 54 semi-custom homes to Monterra, ranging from 2,600 – 5,000+ s.f. on 70 – 80 foot lots. Most homes will back to preserve and surround a central park-like lakefront setting.
Amenities at EverRange will include a clubhouse, eight pickle ball courts, resort-style pool, fishing pond, outdoor gathering area/pavilion, EV paths, 2 dog parks, splash pad and tot lot. 50% of the land in EverRange will remain untouched, providing a natural sanctuary.
