The numbers all headed in the right direction in July. Prices and pending sales are up. Inventory and days on market are down. At the same time, mortgage rates continue to languish at some of the lowest levels in years. It truly is a great time to buy.

April stats paint a picture of a market finding a bit more balance. Prices are moving up a bit, and inventory is decreasing. At the regional, or neighborhood, level, things get even more interesting. In the Ponte Vedra / Nocatee area, numbers are up across the board, with new listings and closed sales both increasing 37%, and prices going up by 21%. In short, it makes sense to take a more granular look at the area in which you may be planning to buy or sell, as numbers can vary drastically.
