If you haven’t read one of my “What You Get For…” posts before (and I’m guessing many of you haven’t), let me give you some background. Occasionally, the New York Times will publish an article in the Great Homes & Destinations section showcasing various properties on the market around the country. The featured homes usually come from three different cities, but they are all listed at or around a specific price point.
As a REALTOR® in the Jacksonville market, I’m simply taking the same concept but applying it to the northeast Florida market. This time around, for example, the Times is looking at homes listed for around $500,000. Let’s see what we can find in and around Jacksonville for that same price…
St. Augustine, Florida
