Homes are now selling in eTown on Jacksonville’s Southside.
Located just east of I-295 at Florida 9B, eTown is The PARC Group’s latest northeast Florida community. At launch, eTown will have 5 distinct communities:
Kettering
Providence Homes will build Zero Energy Ready HomesTM with prices that start in the high $200s. Floor plans will range from 1,500 – 2,750 s.f.
Edison
Toll Brothers will build 14 different floor plans in the gated Edison community, starting in the high $300s. Plans will range from 2,600 to 4,400 s.f.
Marconi
The Marconi neighborhood will be gated, with homes from both ICI and David Weekley Homes. Starting in the mid-$300s, floor plans range from ~1,500 to 4,000 s.f. Furthermore, ICI will offer the Control 4 home automation system, as well as a smart home package with Amazon Echo, Nest wi-fi thermostat, front door IP camera and more.
Nobel
Nobel will also feature homes by David Weekley and ICI, and more information should be available in summer of 2019.
Del Webb eTown
Pulte will bring its popular 55+ Del Webb concept to eTown, offering homes starting in the mid-$200s. The community will include an 8,000 s.f clubhouse and resort-style amenities.
Homeowner’s Association fees for most communities will be $115 per quarter, and residents will pay CDD fees. These fees are subject to change, so please contact us if you would like to know specific amounts for a particular community/lot.
