ICI Homes Prepping Models at Siena at Town Center in Nocatee

Siena at Town Center is another great Nocatee community offering easy access to the Nocatee Town Center. Like Lakeside and Enclave at Town Center (two already established communities), Siena is ideal for people who want to be able to walk or take their golf carts to everything the Town Center has to offer (Publix, Dick’s Wings, Cedars Cleaners, Hair Cuttery, Palm Leaf Dental, Mesa Veterinary and more). Residents will also be close to Nocatee amenities like the Splash Water Park, greenway trails and more.

The ICI Homes models are slated to open in early 2015, but we recently got a preview of what will be on offer to homebuyers. Barrel tile roofs and paver driveways will be standard on 40’ and 50’ lots, with square footage ranging from 1,474 s.f. to 3,269 s.f. Pre-construction prices for base models begin at around $260,000, but prices are likely to move up….so don’t delay!
