Grand Opening Scheduled for January 28
By now, most of us know what’s up with Twin Creeks. It sits west of Nocatee, between I-95 and CR-210. There will be about 1,200 single family homes, more than 1,000 multi-family units, hotels and commercial/industrial space. Builders are Drees, Lennar and Pulte. And, there will be a lagoon.
Model homes are still under construction, but a grand opening is scheduled for January 28. Here’s what we know from the builders so far:
- CDD fees will be approximately $1,300-$1,500/year, depending on lot size, etc.
- HOA will be an additional $565, approximately
- These numbers are subject to change, and should be confirmed with the builders
That said, here’s what we do know from the builders:
Lennar Homes
- Lennar will offer 7 different floor plans, from 1,838 s.f. to 2,478 s.f.
- Pricing will start in the high $200s
- Standard features will including paver driveways, entryways and rear lanais, quartz countertops and LED downlights
Lennar should also have 4 inventory homes available in the next 30-60 days:
- Lot 80 – Oxford Bonus Plan – $312,880
- Lot 81 – Belmont Plan – $331,180
- Lot 82 – Chastain Bonus Plan – $309,490
- Lot 83 – Oxford Bonus Plan – $317,970
Drees Homes
- Drees Homes will offer 8 floor plans, from 2,829 s.f. to 4,108 s.f
- Pricing will start in the low $300s
- Features will include granite countertops, double ovens, tankless gas water heaters and more
Drees will have one quick move-in home, the Neptune floor plan, priced at $385,900.
Pulte Homes
- Pulte will offer 9 floor plans, from 2,097 s.f. to 4,500 s.f.
- Pricing will start in the high $200s
- Homes will be built on 53’ and 63’ lots
- Features include oversized pantries, 2- & 3-car garages and more
