Home Inspectors

A home inspection will help you avoid any nasty surprises after moving into your new home. Even if your buying new construction, a home inspection can be a valuable tool in creating your punch list. Pricing is anywhere from about $350 – $600, depending on square footage.

WDO Inspectors

An inspection for Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO) aims to detect not just destructive insects (termites, powder post beetles, etc.), but also any wood decay fungi in the home. Costs for a WDO inspection range from $150 – $400+, depending on size of the home/type of inspection.

*Note that some home inspectors may also offer a WDO inspection with their services, so be sure to confirm what's included and what's not.
