Kim Sandberg is one of the top 50 producers for RE/MAX Florida in the month of September. She has been among RE/MAX Florida’s top 100 producers every month this year.
Kim works with both homebuyers and sellers throughout northeast Florida, including Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Nocatee, St. Johns and St. Augustine.
Kim credits her commitment to service, professionalism and attention-to-detail for her ongoing success. “Whether I’m listing a home, or helping a customer purchase home, there are a lot of moving parts”, says Kim. “Between lenders, inspectors, appraisers, title companies and others, there are a lot of important details to keep synched up and on track…keeping the lines of communication open and making sure that tasks are completed on time and correctly is a big part of what I do everyday.”
