Side decks covered in tile. 18) All new landscaping via extensive landscape package implemented over 50 new palm trees, landscape lighting and reworked drainage system. 19) One air conditioner was replaced in 2018, the hot water heater in 2021. Various mechanical equipment including water pumps, a new fuse box etc have been replaced. 20) Water lines as well as communication lines from the street to the house were replaced and placed under ground.
