Real estate in northeast Florida ended on a positive note as key trends continued to move in the right directions. Overall, prices continue to inch up. Inventory is still tight, but more new listings are hitting the market.
We hope to see continued improvement, even with the specter of rising interest rates looming. While no one has a crystal ball, the conventional wisdom seems to indicate that the first half of 2014 will likely be the best time to buy or sell a home in northeast Florida.
