This was my twelfth house purchase, so one would think I had the whole process down and could behave in a calm and collected manner. However, the pandemic and a housing shortage challenged me and, quite frankly, made me lose it a few times. Kim found me a new build and then patiently steered me in the right direction during the shortages and setbacks that presented themselves during the process (no kidding- one of the setbacks was sod. Sod!!!). She was often the go-between for me and the builder and she got stuff DONE! I am incredibly grateful and highly recommend Kim and her team!
