I always enjoy reading the “What You Get For…” articles in the New York Times. If you’ve ever read any them, you know that it’s a semi-regular column that showcases homes across the nation at a particular price point. Most recently, the Times looked at What You Get For…$275,000.
To be sure, the column is a great way to see how markets other than my own are doing. But I thought it might be interesting to follow the Times’ lead, but stay a little closer to home.
So, in the future, I’ll try to post a Jacksonville and the Beaches version of “What You Get For…” right here on my blog. This week, we’re starting at $275,000.
