I saw a listing online MLS# 1178377@110Ocean Holow#102@Villages of Villanova that I have a few question about: is this unit wood or concrete constructed. Are the parking sports included, is the unit safe and quie? I don’t have a cellphone but my wife does. Her # is (908-442-6102. We are visiting my brother her in St. Aug. ang ‘m thinkinking it would be nice to have a condo here. Does this unit allow rentals? Iit’s not that important since we would be the only one using it but I was just curious. Since my wife is out today shopping the best time to call will be around 3.We have a birthday party tonight.
